New project name; same community-focused objectives
Introducing the Blueprint Boulevard plan — the official new name for the Littleton Blvd. Subarea Plan.
Project Overview
The City of Littleton is developing a plan to guide the future of Littleton Boulevard, an important corridor that serves as a gateway into Downtown Littleton and a key connector for residents and visitors.
Through Blueprint Boulevard, the project team is working with the community to:
Create a shared vision and recommendations that celebrate and strengthen the corridor’s historic character and identity;
Support local businesses;
Improve multimodal safety, comfort, and accessibility;
Enhance ecological sustainability and resiliency;
Create welcoming spaces for people to live, work, and visit.
This initial survey is intended to help us better understand your experience along Littleton Boulevard today. We want to learn what you value most about the corridor and where you see opportunities for improvement. Your feedback will help shape the direction of the plan as it moves forward.

Thank you for participating in this follow-up survey for the City of Littleton’s Blueprint Boulevard: Littleton Boulevard Subarea Plan project.
During the first round of engagement, community members shared valuable feedback about what makes Littleton Boulevard special, including personal stories, memories, and ideas for improvement. Input was gathered through surveys, conversations, and a Community Open House held on April 9, 2026. Outreach efforts included English and Spanish mailers sent to homes and businesses within the study area, flyers distributed along Littleton Boulevard, coordination with the project Stakeholder Working Group, inclusion in the February/March 2026 edition of the Littleton Report, and promotion through the City of Littleton’s social media channels.
This follow-up survey is intended to help us:
Better understand who we are hearing from
Learn about places and experiences that are important to different communities
Confirm and/or refine values and priorities shaping the future of Littleton Boulevard and the surrounding neighborhoods
Ensure the plan reflects a broader range of community voices and lived experiences
Your responses will help guide future recommendations related to:
