Round 1 Survey and Engagement Results

Over 75 residents attended Blueprint Boulevard's first Community Open House on April 9, with an additional 461 responding to an online survey. The message was clear: residents want Littleton Boulevard to become a safer, greener, more walkable corridor while preserving its distinctive historic character.
What residents value: Historic buildings, local businesses, community events, and the boulevard's small-town identity.
What residents would like to change: High vehicle speeds, inadequate sidewalks, lack of shade and trees, and challenging conditions for pedestrians and cyclists. Residents described the boulevard as a place to drive through rather than linger.
Housing support: Residents support additional housing concentrated on the boulevard, with mixed-use development seen as key to economic vitality — but prefer single-family character be preserved in adjacent neighborhoods.
Next steps: The project team is using this feedback to refine recommendations.
